Due to licensing reasons we are unable to allow anyone under the age of 18 on site.
\\FOOD & DRINK
Due to licensing no food or drink can be brought into the main arena/festival unless medically exempt (proof must be provided). Their will be a wide selection of catering stalls and our long top bar providing alcoholic & soft drinks.
\\GREEN & CLEAN
In order for us to keep rubbish to minimum please use all bins provided on site. We will also be providing our own festival cups that you keep. A £1 charge per cup on your first order.
Parking is situated within the Yeovil showground. Please follow all signs on approach to the showground. Marshals will be on hand to assist. Forward parking is available for disabled badge holders only.
\\MEDICAL & SECURITY
AMASS Medical & Atlas UK Security are a professional and reputable event companies supplying us with all our medical and security needs. Marshals will also be on site to assist with the public and traffic.
Their will be a pass out system in place up until 9pm allowing you to leave and re-enter the festival. Anyone trying to enter the festival after 11pm will be refused entry.
No refund policy is available on all tickets.
\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE
Tickets will only be available on the gate if any unsold tickets remain before the event. We hold the rights to an increased gate price.
Thier will be 1 style of wristband issued at the main gate. This must be worn at all times - those found not wearing a wristband will risk being ejected from the site. Their will also be a camping wristband for those holding a valid camping pass on arrival.
\\ENTRY & SECURITY
Random bag searches will be in place. Please use all bins on approach to the festival public entry gate. An airport style screening will be in force.
A challenge 25 policy is in place. Anyone lucky enough to look under 25 years of age will be asked to provide ID. Accepted ID forms are Driving license -Passport - Hologram ID cards. Beer tokens will need to be purchased at our beer token stand - a £1 charge for our festival cups will be requierd on your first order only.

Any contraband material found during searches will be confiscated and appropriate action will be taken by the security team. Contraband material includes drugs, illegal highs, weapons, glass bottles, fireworks, sparklers, alcohol, large sound systems, and large gas canisters. All these are ZERO tolerance items
The festival is an open air festival so please dress appropriately to the conditions on day.
