There will be plenty of food with a wide selection of catering stalls and our FLASHBACK BAR serving you throughout the weekend. Please ensure you read through all the details below to ensure you have a stress-free experience at Flashback Festival.

Camping Gates: 12 midday Saturday onwards
Car Park Opens - Saturday & Sunday 10am
Main Festival Gates open - Saturday  & Sunday 12 midday
Music Starts - 12 midday Saturday & Sunday
Live Music Finishes - 12 am
Last Entry  -9 pm

Please Note  - Due to licensing and our security policy, There is a NO PASS OUT policy in force at this festival unless you have a camping pass, in which case you will be subject to a search when  you re-enter. T&C's Apply.

Age Policy

 

Please note - This is a family event, however ID may still be required. 

 

Wrist bands must be worn at all times.

 

All ticket holders must be present at the gate to obtain a wrist band.

 

Those that appear to look under the age of 25 (in conjunction with the challenge 25 policy) will be asked to prove photo ID (Driving licence or passport or pass card checked by UV light). If challenged for looking under the age of 25 and no valid ID (Driving license, passport or Pass Card) can be produced acces will not be granted.

The festival holds a fully licensed bar and anyone looking under the age of 25 will be asked to show a valid photo I.D (Driving License, Passport or Pass Card).

Alcohol & Food Policy

 

No Drinks or Food (unless medically exempt - proof required) is allowed to be brought into the main arena.

 

Entry to the venue and event is by ticket only, subject to the following terms; If during entry search you are found to be in possession of alcohol, plastic containers or glass bottles, you will be asked to place them in the bins provided.

 

The festival holds a fully licensed bar and anyone looking under the age of 25 will be asked to show a valid photo I.D (Driving License or Passport).

Drug Policy

WE OPERATE A ZERO TOLERANCE TO DRUGS.

​

FLASHBACK FESTIVAL DOES NOT SUPPORT THE USE OR POSSESION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS, HIGHS OR ANY OTHER PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES.

​

THESE WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CONFISCATED. BEARERS OF SUCH ITEMS WILL BE HANDED OVER TO OUR SECURITY TEAM FOR DETAINMENT AND THE POLICE INFORMED.

Camping

Cars - Tents - Campervans & caravans are welcome. Please note - no generators allowed on site, however electricity is available . Free water is available throughout the campsite via our signed stand pipes around the field. Toilets will be also available to campers.

No fires, BBQ's or naked flames allowed within the camp site.​

​

Camping wristbands will be issued and must be warn at all times. No entry into the campsite will be allowed without a valid wristband

Refund Policy

No Refund or Exchange Policy

is available on any tickets purchased

for the event.

Smoking Policy

Legislation regarding smoking inside public places applies.

Weapons

Any person found in possession of an offensive weapon shall be detained and the police will be called.

Please Do Not Bring On Site:

1. Alcohol & Food - No food or alcoholic drinks are allowed on site  (UNLESS A VALID DOCUMENT CAN BE PRODUCED IF FOOD IS REQUIRED FOR ANY HEALTH REASON)

 

2. Glass Items - Please place all glass items in the bins provided. All soft drinks must be in a sealed and unopened plastic containers

 

3. Fireworks & sky lanterns

6. Any illegal or offensive items

On approach to the main gate, there will be amnesty bins. If you do find yourself carrying prohibited items, this will be your opportunity to dispose of them without any further issues.

 

You will be subject to bag/personal searches. Anyone refusing to be searched shall be refused entry to the event.

TICKET INFO

1. No refund or exchange policy is available on any tickets purchased for the event

2. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult upon entry.

​

3. Torn or damaged tickets will not be accepted. Both parts of the tickets must be intact.

​

4. Gate tickets will be more expensive (If unsold tickets remain).

​

5. All ticket holders must be present at the gate to obtain their wristbands.
